One of the most walkable and desirable areas of Santa Barbara, you are just a few block walk from West Beach, Stearn's Wharf, and right on the edge of the hippest area of Santa Barbara, the Funk Zone. The property is also conveniently located right across from the Train Station, making it extremely convenient for utilizing public transportation.

This charming apartment is in the perfect location to explore the best parts of Santa Barbara. It is extremely walkable to excellent restaurants and a couple of cute grocery stores, and not far from the beach.
We stayed here for moving my daughter into UCSB, and Christopher was very helpful and nice. It was perfect for my husband and I and our daughter.
The beds are super comfortable, with very nice high quality sheets.
The train didn't bother us at all because it doesn't run into the sleeping hours of the night, and I find the sound of a train nostalgic.
We would love to stay here again sometime in the future.

Great Location. It was walkable to restaurants and the beach. We had a great time parking the care and exploring on foot. Chris was very responsive making sure the check in was smooth, and answered all questions we had.

Chris was extremely helpful, we had been providing me updates and was very accommodating. The home is perfectly located walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and all that Santa Barbara has to offer. With that being said, the train station is also perfectly located in the back yard. It's loud, but it stopped running at around 10ish while I was there. I would suggest checking the train schedule.

Good stay, host was very responsive and proactive with communication. Also, flexible on check in. Good location with easy walk to State Street restaurants, West Beach, Stearns Wharf, and the Harbor. Good location. Good for two people, maybe three depending on your preference. Good host.

The apartment was in the perfect location to walk to the beach, downtown, and everything in between. Just what we needed for a great long weekend. Host was flexible on check-in and check-out time, with the appropriate fees. And he was always very responsive! Would stay here again.

I would definitely stay at this property again. It was nice and comfortable, with good beds. The only drawback was that it is on a second floor, up a set of stairs. At night the stairs were not well lit. Also, the flooring is tile, so if you like to go barefoot, as I do, bring a pair of slippers. It would also have been nice to have a lap throw to put on while watching TV at night. Also, getting into the parking lot is a bit tight, if you have a larger car.
The location is great to walk to the beach and the FunkZone. It is also an easy drive or walk to the downtown area. We also found a great local bar, The Brewhouse, about 2 minute walk away. Nothing gourmet, bar food, good wine and beer, and friendly folks.
